Good Practice plan

Hey y’all I’m 11.2 handicap trying to take my game to around 8-9. Any practice plans you guys follow.
Where I struggle the most is:
125 and in Chipping/pitching Putting ( will be very focused on the gate drill)
My club has a range and a putting green. Really no where to practice that 125 and in shot only at targets on the range. Any advice would be much appreciated
