GOLDWING 1200 STANDARD SIDESTAND ISSUE

Has anyone ever had this issue with a goodwing sidestand ? It's not broken, frame isn't rusted, it appears as if it was glued and the glue (; I know it wasn't glued ) just came lose. I assume it was welded at one time . Has anyone had to weld one back up ? Or is that the remedy for this issue
