Baby not feeling well

This sweet boy just got back from the vet after a few days of tummy issues and some vomiting this morning. The visit went well, they ruled out any pain and said he seems healthy and sent me home with meds to help his tummy and ease the vomiting. He seems so sad and I feel so bad I can’t do more to help him. Does your golden seem prone to GI issues? I feel like he’s got the most sensitive tummy since I’ve had him at 8 weeks, poor guy. :(
