Best way to generate PDFs from JSON?

Post Body
Hi all,
I have a project where the user generates a JSON object of a report, and I'd like to be able to give the user a shiny PDF of their report. What's the simplest way to do that? Everything I've seen seems to be hugely setup-intensive, and I'm really looking for something I can just import and run with via an HTML template or something.
