Emily Brooke Payne was born June 2, 1999, on June 4, 2020 she was brutally shot to death, and murdered in a 7 person mass shooting. She just made it two days past 21 years old. Due to the circumstances, and with her young age, our family was never expecting for something like this to happen. Therefore, we are not financially prepared to bury Emily. We are now begging for anyone willing, to donate so that we can give her some kind of decent goodbye. We are all heart broken, and in complete shock. No one ever imagines something like this happening, especially to such large magnitude, in such a tiny town. Any and everything will be so appreciated.
