Alwin Roe has been my common name since my birthday in 2008. I want to change all my legal identification from my birth name to my common name. Each donor will be able to claim their choice of goods on instagram.com/thebutterzone equal to the amount of their donation (free local pickup, shipping extra won't count towards the goal). If you wish, I can donate the goods to Home Start Thrift Boutique, instead.
Cost of San Diego County Superior Court filing: $435
Cost to amend birth certificate: $23
Cost to change name on driver's license: $28
Cost of Certified Copy(ies) of Decree of Name Change: $25/each, not sure how many I will need, so at least 2?
