Car Repair Assistance Needed

Hello! I am a disabled person who works part time to make ends meet. I'm not in a great place right now after my car was totaled. I have the remaining balance on the totaled car to pay, and I can't get a loan for a new car.
Luckily, my sister gave me a broken car. I just have to get the money to fix it. Please help me in any way you can. The repairs come up to about $5000. I'm just trying to stay afloat here.
