Hello, this is Jamie Switzer. I really need your help!

I'm going to have to have major dental surgery to remove all my teeth. The dentist says they aren't salvageable. The cost for the oral surgery and Regular Dentures both upper and lower is $13,444. I need to pay $6444 upfront. My insurance will finance $7000 with CareCredit. Then I will be paying $218 per month to pay off the $7000.

I am autistic, suffer from depression, and have dental phobia, but the dentist has stressed that this is impacting my whole body health. I have Stage 4 gum disease and bone loss and they will need to do some bone grafting. I’m scared but excited at the thought of smiling again.

I work at Walmart on the overnight shift, making 2,400 a month, while also paying bills and debt. I will be paying to my fundraiser when I can.
