Hello!

Life kinda blows! It's been non-stop since 2019 for us. We went from a family of 5 to a family of 3. It's currently me and my disabled uncles. Between the two they've had multiple hospital stays, one amputation, stage 4 kidney failure resulting in daily dialysis, lung disease (probable COPD but it's still being determined) resulting in oxygen. With all of that happening we lost my grandparents. I've been the primary earner as the only one capable of working but after 2 burials, medcial emergencies, and inflation, I just can't catch up.

I've been struggling with the electric bill for well over a year now, I've applied to liheap months but a decision hasn't been made. I've contacted non-profits referred to me by our city and electric company but they were unable to help. I had set up a payment plan in the hope that liheap would come through sooner rather than later but it hasn't and I missed part of the most recent payment which now revoked the payment plan.

I'm at a loss for where to turn now. We don't have any family other than the 3 of us, I don't have many friends the few I do aren't in a position to help. Anything that anyone can give will go directly to getting this bill paid down. I'm terrified of the electricity being shut off, we will have no heat or way to cook without it, I won't be able to get my uncles out of our house as they rely on a wheelchair lift. Every little bit will help and be appreciated more than you can imagine.
