Modified bones get forever stuck (4.0 beta 10)

Hi! When I change a bone transform either manually via code (set_bone_global_pose_override) or with the SkeletonModification, the bone will not be moved by animation ever again, even though I do call clear_global_bone_override() after the transformations are not needed, set_bone_global_pose_override with persistent set to false doesn't do anything either. Is it a bug or I do something wrong?
