Question for someone who knows more than me

This fell out of a large cyst like mass on the side of my goat almost in the fold of his back leg stomach area. It stinks, and now he has a hole on his side. I only have 1 goat btw he is a Nigerian dwarf between 1 1/2- 2 1/2 years old. His diet consists of feed treats, fresh veggie scraps and what ever plants he munches on in the yard ( don’t have any poisonous plants here) but back to the white stuff it feels like fat and is spongy any insights as to what it might be?
