I have been following this project for a long time and its been awhile. So I would like to be updated on a couple of issues:

1.) Beyond the 10% of GNO tokens that are going to be distributed to the core team, are the rest of the tokens that belong to Gnosis LTD being kept in the Gnosis wallet?

2.) Will any usage these tokens still be announced and explained with at least 2 month notice?

3.) Does any transfer of funds out of the Gnosis wallet still require the approval by the Gnosis Ltd Directors, comprised of Martin Köppelmann, Stefan George, Joseph Lubin, and Jeremy Millar?
