gnome-terminal crashes on launch since install nautilus
Post Body

Hi guys,

I've been running gnome-terminal fine for ages, but since installing nautilus it fails to launch and outputs the following Error constructing proxy for org.gnome.Terminal:/org/gnome/Terminal/Factory0: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.gnome.Terminal: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited: Process org.gnome.Terminal exited with status 127.

I've googled around the place and found solutions for different status numbers regarding locales and such, and none of the solutions work. I found and italian forum where the guy had the same error, and said installing vte3 solved his problems but it didn't help me.. :/

I've since uninstalled both gnome-terminal and nautilus and all nautilus' dependencies, but in vain.

I'm running arch using pacman.

Thanks for any help you may provide :)

EDIT: Downgrading vte3 from 0.40.0 to 0.38.3 and gnome-terminal from 3.16.1 to 3.14.2 fixed it for me.
