Looking for 6+ month roommate starting August

I just found out that one of my roommates has to move out of our townhouse in Burke at the end of this month. My other roommate and I are about to sign a 6 month extension on our lease and need a new third person as soon as possible. We’re quiet and easy to live with and the rent is about $550/month. If you intend to stay longer than 6 months we can help you find new people in February. Please let me know if you’re interested.
