Thought experiment. You be the judge.
Post Body

The logic of this 'amc is a fake' has me confused. Please note I'm not denying anything that's been suggested, just a thought experiment, so join me if you please.

I'll be making assumptions and looking at what happened to deduce truth. Usually if you find contradictions following an assumption, the assumption is probably false...

1) Assume amc is 'bad' and is destined for zero. As is claimed by msm and posts on certain subs.

Why? To allow shorts to get out. OK, so it WAS shorted then and the basket theory is true... Therefore, less pressure for gme too moon in the end if a basket stock dies as the shfs are not fighting as many fronts.

It is a crap business and fundamentally was going to die anyway. Ok, like cineworld? Remember how we DIDN'T hear a peep about them. Remember how people kept comparing stock prices all year long and cineworld always outperforms yet is positing bad news.... Msm wasn't interested in saving us from that... Why? Why no posts about that chain? Because it wasn't a basket stock.

Conclusion 1) scaring people off the weaker play in the basket does help with the basket pressure as a whole because someone is heavily exposed. Ie shfs happier.

2)Assume it is a ploy for AA to get dilution and become debt free.

Dilution destroyed the original shill argument, which was 'why buy a dying company - death date December 2021 or 22 at the latest.' Various moves made by the ceo led to this being 2025 currently. New dilution would do similar or wipe off debt.

So if it's supposed to go to zero, why not praise the dilution? Why bully people into thinking they've been scammed... To sell? But if people sell there's no pressure on any shorts and this would endanger the company so dilution becomes pointless?

Dilution is happening technically anyway because of the shfs taking money and giving ious (gme splivi anyone... Fraud and used to mess with price using their free shares?)

APE dilution - if it was nothing and this is all a ploy, why did options chains start on it? (illegal) why did it get shorted from day one and end up on reg sho? (again this shouldn't have happened...)... So ape seems to be something negative for msm/shfs according to their actions.

Conclusion (2) so pushing it to zero or getting people to sell seems to be the goal... If dilution was good for shfs, it wouldn't be attacked this hard and used as a weapon. Notice how there has been zero fud on this company for about 3 months.

3) Swap theory - one stock anchors another by getting used as collateral.

Ok so if gme moons then amc has to follow to give collateral correct? Then the assumptions (1) and (2) make no sense because you're killing your collateral and or anchor....

If amc is your collateral, let it moon and suppress your enemy stock. You have 4mill investors anyway who want to hold, so you're guaranteed a good profit...

Making msm say negative things hurts your collateral.... Makes no sense driving it to zero.

Conclusion (3) swap theory should be renamed clown theory because if you want a profit why wouldn't you join the rich guy's side who needs that collateral....

Summary - so we've seen one cinema chain go under with an identical situation except the ape shareholders and being a basket stock. No msm, it's price was higher than amc for a significant amount of time before death.

We're being told we're being scammed. Ok, why do you care? Dilution is the scam. It happened before - yes, and we'd be dead by now... Also the price did fly shortly afterwards...

If we're part of the basket and we own the float, how does becoming debt free or near debt free via dilution using a different ticker make us scammed? All those ious are still there for the 4mill investors. All that msm coverage is happening for us but no other failing chains.

Let's say we don't own the float because 4 million investors didn't purchase 130 shares each whilst it was cheap. (people claim AA is lying about it).... Ok, so why do you need to bash this stock then... Just be happy you bought the 'real play' surely?

If the above was true, surely we wouldn't be attacked to this level? Just ignore us and that gives no fuel to the fire surely?

Anyway, apologies if I ended with too many questions. It just sounds so ridiculous when you write out all these attacks. If wall St and the apollo boys are glad you got scammed, why push you to sell or push so hard against the things that stop your shares becoming CineRIPworld level. If the apollo boys wanted to kill the company, AA would have just sat there and done nothing. No tweets, no encouragement.
