Need help with dashcam hardware install

As the title says , i need help with which fuse to use for the battery fuse (basically i need a fuse that will have constant power , even if engine is off). It also needs to be one that would be safe to tap into.. would radio work?

I attached pics of the fuse box that couple possibly help
