Post Body

Hello everyone, I have a 2019 Canyon that I can barely drive because the battery will not stay charged. It has been this way since purchase and we have taken it to the dealership multiple times. Each time we are told "there is no issue" it just isn't being driven enough. However, I will drive it then maybe two or three days later it would need another jump.

Just recently I drove to a neighboring town about 20 minutes or so away. Upon loading up a couch (about another 20 minutes) I go to start it back up and it won't start. It needed another jump. Perhaps it did not get charged a lot during the short drive.

It does seem excessive the battery goes completely dead after just 2-3 days of being parked. No modifications to the truck have been made and nothing is ever left on or plugged in. ~4500 miles on the odometer. Anything I can try or do to provide more information? I am all ears.

Perhaps unrelated, I have also noticed the park assist is completely unfunctional now. The dealership said "it was just turned off" but after pushing the button multiple times and navigating the menus it will not turn on.
