Advice on gluten in planned dinner

Hi everyone,
Planning to cook for somebody who can't eat gluten. The meal will be roast chicken with roast veggies. Can anyone advise if anything should be avoided in the following list?
- free-range chicken
- red onion
- garlic

- oranges
- thyme
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- smoked paprika
- chicken stock
- gluten-free flour
