Like (hopefully) all of you, I’m quarantining right now. I got laid off from my job and funds have been tight. I happen to live in a bougie zipcode so whereas a lot of you went to the grocery store and all that was left were the dairy free and gluten free options, those were actually bought out. I checked Win-Dixie, Walmart, and some more regionalised chains.
I have a couple items here and there but I’m having to eat practically like a raw vegan because vegetables are really the only thing I have access to. Yes, we have a whole foods (there’s actually 2) but I just can’t justify spending 5 dollars towards a box of gluten pasta right now.
Any advice or words of encouragement?
