I had a food allergy and intolerance test, it showed a high reaction to wheat, milk and gluten
I cut out everything and just went on a meat and vegetable diet this cleared up my symptoms and I added everything back in, but I wasn’t having much milk thinking back to what I was eating. My symptoms continued to be better
I then added in gluten which made my skin go crazy but during this I was eating loads of junk food as I was thinking it could possibly be the last time I eat it
I then cut it back out and my skin cleared up.
Last Saturday I eat a dessert with gluten in to test if I was intolerant, this brought back all of my symptoms but I did also eat loads of milk based foods that day (went to a buffet that shows allergens and have a good reputation for it)
I don’t know what to do. My symptoms are mostly inflamed dry skin but I also get tired and bloated and depressed but I think that’s due to the tiredness and bad skin
Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks
