Newly Gluten Free after 28 years and have some questions about symptoms

So I've discovered I'm gluten intolerant and have gone gluten free, (or at least in the process of learning to be gluten free. My question is this, when I get glutened I get a symptom where my gas builds and if I don't burp (and sometimes I can't because it feels like the gas itself is trapped and isn't ready to come out) I get a wave of nausea and dry heave. (Nothing ever comes up but the force of the dry heave seems to release the gas and allow me to burp after. And I feel better until the next wave of trapped gas comes.

My question is, is there anything I can do or take to help relieve the trapped gas feeling to avoid the nausea and dry heaving? That's really the only part of this I'm really struggling with at the moment. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank you!
