Order not shipped when it was meant too

I have replied to my email from GPC 3 times now. first response I was told my order did ship and that the ups link reflected that, one problem it says the order is ready to be picked up not that it has been shipped. UPS mychoice told me I should have it by tomorrow friday the 3rd. I live just south of Austin Tx so really it should have been 1 or 2 days max to get here from Dallas.
So anyone from GPC got an answer for me, very frustrated here!
