I saw someone recommending the book "Surviving "Terminal" Cancer: Clinical Trials, Drug Cocktails, and Other Treatments Your Oncologist Won't Tell You About" by Ben Williams. I imagine the purported subject matter is pretty self-explanatory, and it's actually based on how the author overcame glioblastoma himself.
With a book offering something this useful, my instinct is to be skeptical, so I searched Google and Reddit for anyone warning against taking it seriously. But while there are some reviews on Amazon and Goodreads, I can't find anyone talking about it at all on Reddit. That seems weird- surely even if it's bullshit, at least one person would've bothered to post about how bullshit it is, right? So I'll be the one to ask: Is any part of this book not bullshit?
