When the booking site crashes before even loading the holding page, what did you do, did you hard refresh it or normal refresh?
Also those who go through when the site crashed at registration input or payment, what did you do there too?
I got in and input the details but it put me in a second queue (apparently they had technical difficulties at that time), should have waited at that page.
