How to clean water stains/build up

I have several heady heady rigs that all have some slight staining/build up in them, I have on hand Alconox,dc cleaner, 99% iso, oxi clean… even a air cannon to completely dry after. With all the money and time I’ve spent on cleaning glass I still don’t have a solid tech to get my pieces brand new”again. I’m not sure where I’m going wrong or what but Reddit users help me I’ve seen countless amount of people claim dist white vinegar works but I’ve never had any luck in the past with it. I have 6 inch q tips to reach bottom of tubes
