I’m interested in discussing the most effective features for screen protection glasses, specifically for reducing eye strain from prolonged device use.  I’ve used glasses with standard anti-reflective coatings in the past, but I lost them. I tried amber lenses that included magnification, which wasn’t necessary for me and those made my eyes worse.
From an ophthalmological standpoint, which coatings, tints, or features are proven to help alleviate digital eye strain? How effective are blue light filters in this regard?
For example Zenni offers the Anti Reflective coating I had on my previous glasses on clear screen and there's also these additions:

Some info on the options I gathered:
- Blokz: Comes with built-in blue light protection and anti-reflective coating. Ideal for daily use to reduce eye strain from screens.
- FL-41: Designed for light sensitivity and migraines, not blue light protection.
- EyeQLenz: Photochromic lenses that provide blue light and UV protection, transitioning from clear to a darker tint outdoors.
Blokz Plus Anti-Fatigue: These lenses block nearly 100% of blue light, have a yellow tint for extra protection, and include a small magnification ( 0.50) at the bottom to reduce eye strain while reading.
Anti-reflective coating can be added to any lens except Blokz, which already includes it. This coating helps reduce glare, especially useful if you have light sensitivity.
To add just Blokz or as I previously had only a standard anti-reflective coating?

I had someone say Zenni is low quality but that's where I've always brought from they also didn't make other recommendations. I don't find the Amazon one's I've tried as good.
