how do i get a replacement part for this nosepad cover thing

when i look it up, i only find listings for the nosepad itself and not the silicone(?) cover. or they have ones that look extremely thick. i can’t find any that look like these. i got the glasses off eyebuydirect years ago so i don’t know if an optician will fix it?
