Lense fell , Put it back , Not the same ?

One of my lenses fell , I've put it back and it feels sooo weird.
Feels like everything is more blurry and my eyes hurt, and reading text is even worse , anyone knows why ?
I am quite sure I've put it back the same way it was before
I might be able to go to an eyesight control in 3 days or so but I have to stay with them this way until then.
