Dreamland IRL Shipping issues

I preordered the glow in the dark vinyl in may, when it actually dropped I got an email saying I needed to update my payment information so I did and the vinyl shipped out. It’s been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t received any shipping updates since it arrived in the US about 10 days ago. I tried reaching out to postnord, the original shipping company out of Europe, and haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone else been having problems like this?
