Any advice on affordable mental health counsellor in Glasgow west end?

Right now I’m unable to transfer to a new gp so can’t access NHS help in the west end.
I’m looking for advice on picking a counsellor that is around £40 (I don’t want to do more than one food bank delivery a month if I can avoid it). I know a session a month isn’t much but it’s better than nothing.
