This is a really weird one. I'm down by the Mitchell Library and I can hear this pounding bass line, quite loud, sounding like it's coming from a car not far away. I keep walking towards Argyle st and I can still hear it.

By this point I'm practically following the direction I think it's coming from but as I get closer to PC World it starts getting quieter, but it definitely sounds like it's right ahead of me.

So far I've walked about a mile back home and I can still hear it, but now I'm upstairs it's like it's coming from a car sitting outside, and it's not just bassline now I can make out stuff in the vocal range. Plus, it's like someone keeps turning the volume nob up and down.

anyone else hear it or know where it's coming from? Surely it can't be SWG3? It's never been that loud before.
