Hi all, how realistic is commuting Falkirk to Glasgow for work (full or part)

can’t find a question tag so introductions it is.

I live on the near Glasgow end of Falkirk about 5-10 min walk from train station. Finished my seasonal work (good money though) in December so living off savings and being quite young this isn’t easy. But jobs here are near non existant for what I need and I’m looking for long term apprenticeships which i have an interview with a petrochemical that would be crazy dollas but it’s not for a while.

So I’m looking for something to hold me over or who knows I might find I enjoy working Glasgow more.

But I’ve always fancied working there, I’d love to work the nightlife in Glasgow though half the stuff I’ve done was hands on stuff, the small time I worked in bars I loved especially weekends, i imagine you’d see some shit doing Friday Saturday night in sauchie.

Any advice etc lemme know. Cheeyaz

Edit: doesn’t have to be bars since I realise getting home at 3 might be rough but just anything, recommend decent fields, i just applied for a finance apprenticeship in edi (👎)
