Suspended because amazon isnt delivering on time.

I ordered some gifts for my exchange, however the package was supposed to deliver lst week, and they moved it to next. Now Iām suspended because amazon has yet to ship. is there anythint i can do?
Update: i finally got a canada post tracking number from amazon. i uploaded it as proof and opened a support ticket..
