Christmas in July exchange: closes on July 20th, but I've missed registration on the 19th!

BAROOOOOO! I just went in to the Christmas in July exchange to sign up, since it closes tomorrow, but registration is closed and it's marked already matched! What happened? I know this was the last minute, but I've been having a very stressful time lately and didn't get an opportunity. :( I still see the Favourite Things exchange, at least, but I was looking forward to Christmas in July..... !
I'm off to bed for now. Sad. :(
