I found a thread where I figured out how to retrieve my match. It’s not intuitive at all. Now I have run into another issue. I can only read part of my match’s profile they filled out. The window won’t scroll, so I can’t see past the question

All of the other pages scroll fine, just the one I need to look at is having issues. I’ve restarted the app several times too. I tried going to the website and it’s telling me I need to change my password, even though I’ve logged into the app just fine. Getting frustrated before I get started. I’m on an iPhone and the software is updated. Any suggestions?
