Help: At risk of suspension due to technical issues (Mental Health exchange)

tl;dr: I ended up as a gifter for two exchanges that didn't appear in my profile, and now I'm going to be suspended despite two support tickets I've sent to GivinGifts. Link to photos at bottom.

So! I hope this is OK to post, because I don't know what else to do. I've done my due diligence (I hope); I've opened two support tickets, THREE if you include the secondary issue. But now that I'm at risk of suspension, I figured I would post here and see if I can reach the people who sent me these gifts to thank them somehow, and if I get suspended, well... I suppose I need a break?

I signed up for the Mental Health Exchange. I sent my gift to my giftee; I received a gift from my gifter. Done. Thing is, TWO exchanges were hovering in my profile, but they were identical. When I updated one, the other updated. So I assumed they were a glitch- a duplicate. And sure enough, once my giftee posted, both exchanges moved to the Completed column in my profile (photo included in post link at bottom).

When I posted my gift, my gifter said that they did not send the colouring books and pencils. This was the first of TWO gifts I received. Nothing was in the package, so I had no way of contacting the person. A second package arrived: colouring book, pencils, cat treats. For this second package, I at least received Amazon gift receipts, so I was able to send a thank you through Amazon. Haven't heard back, so I'm hoping that they know this was at least received, and I am grateful.

I started getting messages from Gifters. But no new messages were appearing in my exchange inbox. So there is no way for me to communicate with my gifters to explain any of this.

I opened TWO support tickets, and have included screenshots as proof of my attempts to reach GivinGifts. I don't know what else to do, as I didn't sign up for these bonus exchanges, and two people have sent gifts without being properly thanked on the platform, and two people have not received gifts because of this mixup.

I understand that Givin Gifts has had some buggy issues lately, but I have tried to reach support, and I really didn't want to post all of this in a public forum. But if I'm facing suspension for this, I'm a little defensive about it. :-/

Bonus problem:
I browsed the Required Rematcher list a while ago, and signed up to be a rematcher for someone in the Merry Christmas Kitty exchange. It sounded fun! I was not part of the original exchange, and I love cats. The person was in a different country, and the address didn't register with the postal service, so I tried to contact the user via GG and reddit in order to confirm mailing address. I even sent a card via mail, and marked "shipped" based on the card (that made me feel like a jerk, but ...eh?) I never heard back, and I opened a support ticket. I still don't know what happened regarding this exchange; the box is still sitting in my basement, and at this point I think the cat treats are getting old enough that I'll likely open the box back up and feed them to my cat. :)
