I went through the Required Rematchers list and picked two exchanges to send gifts to people. One is taken care of. The other is going from me (US) to Brazil. The person to whom I'm sending signed up for their first exchange on GG, and didn't get their gift. They were very active on Reddit Gifts.

Problem is, I'm not entirely sure they are still ... active? There? At the address?

I sent a message to them on GG, letting them know that I was getting their label ready but wanted to confirm the address since the US Postal Service "fixed" it. I also noted their Reddit username and sent them a chat request with the same message - please confirm your address before I send this box out into the world.

I'm skittish because I spent $50 on the gift and $65 on shipping. I can void the label, and I can filter the gift to others and my own cat if my giftee is AWOL. But I really wanted to make things right for someone who got ghosted on their FIRST exchange on GivinGifts, so I'm trying to make sure the address is correct before I send a box without being pushy/creepy.

Thoughts?
