Github Actions : Pull Request event not triggering anymore.

Hello there,
Seems like all my GHA workflows using pull_request event to trigger are not working anymore. There is nothing on Github status page neither.
Anyone with same issue ?

Have you noticed this causing a problem when doing pull requests from branch to branch? We started noticing this at work today, so we’re looking to see if other people are having similar issues.
