Bringing AutoCAD dwg into ArcMap and having it update as CAD layer changes?

I'm trying to bring in a dwg file into ArcMap and show the changes anytime that dwg file is edited. Is this possible? I've had something similar done in Microstation to ArcMap but the process was already defined so I never had to worry about it.
