I’ve got this guy on my team and he’s a solution architect. He has been so unhelpful for my ticket. Like, you designed the solution my dude, just meet with me and tell me what you want. He consistently ignores me and then when I do meet with him he treats me like I’m stupid.

There’s another guy on my team who is the same level as me. He was given a story awhile back using the same type of component I’m using now. Just like me he had no previous experience implementing this. The entire sprint he was paired with d-bag guy and several other devs to help him.

I’m given my story and I can’t get 5 mins of this guys time to discuss what he wants. I’m so frustrated. He just keeps passing me off to other people then gets annoyed and treats me like I’m stupid when their idea for a solution doesn’t match his, or when they have questions or see things differently than him. Everyone he wants me to ask is offshore so I’m constantly relaying these messages and I only get a few minutes with them each morning. He won’t meet with us during that time either.

I’m just… so fucking frustrated and feel so thrown under the bus. And bonus: he’s the one who will write my performance review for the quarter. I despise this guy and every guy like him and it makes me want to quit.
