Just started my first ginger bug 4 days ago. Wondering when will I know it’s ready? I think it looks good so far, good bubbles on the top and no mold. Just wanna know when it’s useable.
Picture was taken right after the 4th day of feeding
Also after I use some of the bug in my first batch how to I replace that amount in my original bug? Do I just put more water, ginger, and sugar in the original jar to bring it back to the original level? Feels like a silly question, but again 100% first timer here
