Imani's Scope Upgrade which gives her a 3rd bar on Scope and starts the charge at x2 after landing a hit isn't working properly. While it will start the charge at x2, it fails to add a third bar and so never scales up to x3. As a result, the following upgrade which starts her charge at x3 after landing a x3 hit is worthless because of this bug.
