Aorus B450 M motherboard RAM XMP will not work

Hey guys! I need your advice on this one. Been troubleshooting this issue for a bit of time now. I have GskillTridentZ Rgb with 3200 CL 16-18-18-38 DDr4 16 gb dual channel and MY CPU is Ryzen 5 2600. Before it was working with no problem then one time I notice that my FPS in games when down so I Checked the ram and found out it was running on default speed. Did go bios enable the XMP and save, it will state in bios that XMP is enabled already with 3200 speed however it will not change on the RAM info inside the bios same as after rebooting it.

Tried to remove 1 RAM already then let PC run with one stick then put the 2nd ram again but same issue

did also try some tutorial in youtube but no luck

Laslty tried to remove the bios Battery but still not working.

Any idea if this issue could be on my RAM or The motherboard??
