So, over a week ago I emailed support about my issues with their softwar and below is their responce.
"Since the software have been released for some time without any issue reported and we also cannot duplicate the error, we would like to verify whether it is caused by some software compatibility issue. Please provide us the following information:
Product serial number of the graphics card
Operating system version such as 1903 / 1909 (Press Windows R key and enter "winver" to check the version)
3. Confirm RGB FUSION you used
- What is the BIOS version? (Please find it in AORUS ENGINE, the format starts with F, ex: F12, F2, etc)
Meanwhile, please confirm whether you had install any utility or software like below, if so, list all you have installed:
a. Any firewall software
b. Any anti-cheat software, ex: Vanguard
c. Any anti-virus software
d. Any game, ex: Valorant
If you have installed any, please disable it and try test if RGB Fusion works. If you need further assistance, make sure to provide us the information request above a long with your test result.

Clearly they ignore their own Forums, Facebook and Reddit posts in regards to their products and software. Even doing a search in Google comes up with so many hits from people having issues with their software are they living in their own dimension?
I give up, guess I will just "pass on" my Gigabyte hardware to someone else and rebuild my system with another manufacturer's product.
