Use hotkeys without having to press fN key? Aero 5 XE4

Just picked up an Aero 5 XE4, just wondering if there's a way to use the hotkeys (ie, screen brightness or volume) without having to push the FN key along with it?
There was a BIOS option in my Lenovo to toggle that, but I can't seem to find it in the new Gigabyte system.
