x570 gaming x giving me headaches

So I got this board like 24hrs ago as an upgrade for my home server

Straight outta the box I'm having issues. It's constantly rebooting. And I'm talking like on 5-10min and it's shut down cuz temps has risen to 120c

CPU is a 3700x water-cooled with a msi mag core 240r

Gpu is a 3060 xc

Ram is 16gb lpx 3000

Edit to add bios is 37c

Hdd 5 -8tb 1 -10tb

I've tried turning CPU boosts off in the bios. Turning the fan speed on the cooler to max. And no matter what I do within 15min the CPU thermals out and shuts down.

I know it sounds like a bad cooler but this was legit running with this equipment 24hrs ago no problem.

^{^{EDIT^{^}}} can confirm was the water-cooler, got a air cooler and its running just fine now.
