Got a a Gigabyte b560 ds3h. Building a PC for the first time and I finished the build a couple days ago, but I can't get the windows installer to run so I can put an OS on it.

I've got a flash drive with the Windoes 10 installer on it. Tested it on my laptop and it runs so the issue definitely isn't the flash drive.

I've tried searching this issue online and tried the solutions I saw but I can't find many people with this same issue. I've tried reseating the memory, enabling and disabling CSM, I've tested every USB port.

The flash drive is listed under the boot options but when I click it on it nothing happens. If I try to go to the boot menu and open it directly from there it takes me to a splash screen and after a couple minutes the computer restarts.

Anyone have any ideas on what else I can try?
