My daughter and I had our phones stolen on whilst on holiday. I was with EE who immediately barred the phone and SIM following a short call however I had to wait until I returned 8 days later to bar my daughters who IMEI etc was soon my laptop on my iCloud Devi management. Gift Gaff provided proof of barring and usage to my insurer (they wont share with you direct) but now the insurance are questioning why there was usage until the 3 days after I got back (coincides with the date Giff Gaff barred the phone). Giff Gaff CS are slow and i'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue? and if so how did you justify that to the insurance. I was hoping the insurance company would do the math but seems I have to explain that to them also.
