Macbook windows 10 bootcamp drivers dont work for Ghost Spectre 11

I installed Ghost Spectre 11 on my mac without bootcamp and there's a few quirks that wont sort out like the trackpad and I have no Bluetooth because I didn't have bootcamp install the drivers. I have drivers to install but it says they installed but then nothing shows up even after restart.
If I install Ghost Spectre through bootcamp, will I have an issue still because its not windows 10?
