Few questions about the toolbox and OS version

I'm new to this OS. Honestly, I can feel my rig is somehow faster than the stock one. However, when I look at the toolbox, it is very confusing. So basically when I choose the " Game Pass option", I can bypass the security so that play the game pass for free, yes? Also is it okay for me to update the windows version via windows update? Appreciate all the help, have a good day.
